Our 5 Phase Program

Our bespoke 5-phase fitness program is designed to transform your health and fitness through personalised, structured 60-minute sessions.

Starting with a detailed assessment of your goals and current fitness level, we tailor a comprehensive plan to meet your specific needs.

 

The program progresses through five distinct phases: Stabilisation endurance, Strength endurance, Hypertrophy, High-intensity strength training, and Power.

 

Each phase builds on the previous one, ensuring a solid foundation and gradual improvement in muscle endurance, strength, and overall stability.

 

With continuous goal review and program adjustments, this structured approach guarantees maximum results and peak physical fitness, all under the expert guidance of a dedicated personal trainer

Phase 1: Stabilisation Endurance

The first phase, stabilization endurance, tends to take approximately four weeks to progress through.

The focus of stabilization endurance is on improving your muscular endurance and overall stability.

This is a crucial phase to undertake before moving on to the strength phases, as during this phase we will build a strong foundation for your continued development.

Phase 2: Strength Endurance

The second phase, Strength endurance, focuses on training with lower weights at a higher number of repetitions.

The emphasis during this phase is on improving and strengthening your existing muscles. 

Phase 3: Hypertrophy

Hypertrophy, the third phase in the programme, focuses on strengthening and growing your muscles.

The intensity of the workouts during this phase will increase, but you will only start this phase when we both agree you are ready.

Phase 4: High-Intensity Strength Training

During the fourth phase, we focus on higher intensity strength training at a lower number of repetitions.  

Phase 5: Power

The last phase, power, incorporates everything we cover throughout the programme and during this phase, we will work at maximum capacity combining speed and strength.

By the end of the final phase, you will have reached your goals and feel at the peak of your physical fitness.
